A Latitude Air Ambulance Gulfstream G100 that vanished south of Nantucket while en route from Bermuda to Boston has been confirmed to have crashed, with debris recovered by the U.S. Coast Guard. The aircraft was carrying a 66‑year‑old patient, her son, and four Canadian crew members. Officials have now identified the six occupants: Marilyn Lavonne Bean, Sergio Wayne Lottimore, and crew members Philip Gregory Childerhose, Thomas Henry Farquhar, Sarah Jane Paton and Jolene Beth Weir.
