Amazon abandons NDAs for data-center negotiations amid growing AI backlash
Amazon announced it will no longer require nondisclosure agreements when striking data-center deals with municipalities, following Microsoft’s similar policy shift.
The cloud giant said future negotiations for AI-related data centers will be conducted without NDAs, aiming to increase transparency.
