Amit Shah and Yogi Adityanath to Open UP International Trade Show in Greater Noida

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are set to launch the UP International Trade Show 2026 at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida. The five-day event, scheduled for September 25-29, will host over 2,400 exhibitors and attract more than 150,000 business-to-business buyers alongside 450,000 general visitors. International participation is expected to rise, with 550 buyers from 85 countries already registered and six partner nations - Austria, Japan, Russia, Singapore, Belarus and Vietnam - joining the programme.

Uttar Pradesh’s MSME minister Bhupendra Chaudhary emphasized the sector’s importance, citing over 9.6 million MSME units in the state. The trade show will showcase a broad array of sectors, from agriculture and automotive to electronics, health and renewable energy, and will feature cultural highlights such as the “One District, One Cuisine” initiative. Through the Federation of Indian Export Organisations’ Hosted Buyer Programme, participants will engage in B2B matchmaking and networking to foster trade partnerships and investment opportunities.
