Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd secured a RM53.35 million bored-piling contract for the IOI Rio City Town Centre development in Puchong, Selangor.
Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a RM53.35 million contract to carry out bored-piling works for the IOI Rio City Town Centre in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. The award was issued by EDP Consulting Group on behalf of the development’s employers—IOI Rio Mall Sdn Bhd, IOI Hospitality Sdn Bhd and IOI Rio Towers Sdn Bhd. The scope covers the construction and completion of bored piles for the 100-acre mixed-use project, which carries a gross development value of RM12 billion.
Construction activities commenced on 20 October, with a target finish date of August 2027. While the deal does not affect Aneka Jaringan’s share capital or ownership structure, the company expects it to positively contribute to its consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 August 2027.
Why it matters
The contract adds a sizable revenue stream to Aneka Jaringan and supports a major mixed-use development in the Klang Valley.
