Anthropic offers startups a free year of Claude Team and $1,000 in API credits
Anthropic has expanded its Claude for Startups program, granting qualifying new companies a year of Claude Team with up to five seats and $1,000 in API credits.
Anthropic revealed an extension of its Claude for Startups initiative, providing qualifying young companies with a free twelve-month subscription to Claude Team, which includes up to five premium seats. In addition, each startup receives $1,000 in API credits to experiment with Anthropic’s models. The program also opens the Claude Marketplace, allowing developers to create and share plugins, and offers virtual office-hour sessions with the Applied AI team for technical guidance.
Eligibility is limited to firms founded in the last five years or that have secured funding within the previous two years. Applications are accepted through the Claude for Startups portal. The announcement coincided with Anthropic’s SF Tech Week gathering.
