Apollo Global Management extends $585 million loan to The Executive Centre
Apollo Global Management has provided a $585 million financing package to office-space operator The Executive Centre.
The U.S. asset manager Apollo Global Management announced a $585 million loan to The Executive Centre. The funds will be used to refinance the company's existing debt and to back its growth initiatives. The Executive Centre, headquartered in Hong Kong, runs more than 260 workspaces across 38 cities in the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East.
