Apple adds Apple TV and Arcade to iCloud+ plans in India at no extra charge

Apple is expanding its iCloud+ subscription in India to include Apple TV and Apple Arcade at no additional cost, starting this month.

Apple announced that its iCloud+ service in India will now bundle Apple TV and Apple Arcade, providing streaming and gaming benefits alongside cloud storage at no extra charge. The rollout starts this month with the 50 GB tier priced at Rs 75 per month, and higher storage options up to 12 TB are available. As part of the change, standalone Apple TV and Arcade subscriptions will be discontinued, with current subscribers automatically transitioned to the iCloud+ bundle while preserving game progress.

The expanded plan will be available in more than 100 countries by the end of September, and Airtel postpaid users who already receive Apple TV can migrate to iCloud+ without additional cost. Apple One will no longer be offered to new Indian customers, though existing Apple One members retain their plans.

Why it matters

The bundle gives Indian consumers more value from a single subscription, simplifying access to Apple’s streaming, gaming and cloud services.
