Apple raises U.S. Apple TV subscription fees to $14.99 per month
Apple announced that the monthly cost of its Apple TV streaming service in the United States will increase to $14.99, with the annual plan rising to $119.
Apple confirmed that, starting Friday, the United States price for Apple TV will be $14.99 each month, up $2 from the previous $12.99 rate, and the annual subscription will cost $119, up $20 from $99. Existing customers will be alerted roughly a month before the higher fee is billed. This is the fourth price change since the service debuted in 2019 at $4.99 per month.
Alongside the Apple TV hike, the standalone Apple One bundle tier that includes Apple TV, Apple Music, iCloud+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+ and Apple Fitness+ will increase to $21.95 per month. The service now offers over 300 original series and movies, including titles such as "Ted Lasso" and "The Morning Show," and provides live sports like Formula 1, MLB and MLS.
