Arena Group rebrands as Paradium.AI, pledges AI-driven media ecosystem
The media firm behind TheStreet, Parade and Men's Journal announced it will rename itself Paradium.AI as it shifts toward an AI-focused business model.
The Arena Group, owner of titles such as TheStreet, Parade and Men's Journal, informed staff that it will adopt the new name Paradium.AI, positioning itself as a publicly traded AI company. CEO Paul Edmondson wrote that the change, to be announced after the Q2 earnings release, reflects a strategic pivot toward technology-centric leadership in media, data and commerce. The transition incorporates the recent purchase of Info Sentience and the debut of Cutter Studio, which together are described as the foundation of an integrated AI-powered ecosystem.
The company’s stock has dropped roughly 48% so far this year. A URL for Paradium.AI now redirects to the former Arena Group website, and the firm declined to comment further when approached.
Why it matters
The rebrand signals a major shift toward AI in a traditional media company, affecting investors and industry competition.
