Democratic Senate nominee Hallie Shoffner donated flowers to raise money for the Little Rock Freedom Fund, a bail organization started by Brittany Dawn Jeffrey, who later served 17 months in prison for her role in firebombing police cars.
In mid-2020, Hallie Shoffner, then running her family’s SFR Seed farm, provided fresh flowers to Bella Vita Jewelry, which turned them into bouquets sold to benefit the Little Rock Freedom Fund.
