Ather Energy announced a turnaround in its Q2 FY27 financials, delivering a consolidated net profit of ₹1.26 crore for the quarter that ended in September 2026, after recording a net loss of ₹154.07 crore in the comparable quarter of the previous year. On August 25 2026, it received about 25% of the warrant issue price, roughly ₹250 crore. The earnings beat and fundraising prompted an 18% rise in the company’s share price.
