Audi unveils 2027 A6 allroad for Australia with hybrid and diesel trims

Audi confirmed the arrival of the fifth-generation 2027 A6 allroad in Australia, offering a plug-in hybrid model alongside a diesel variant.

Audi Australia announced that the fifth-generation 2027 A6 allroad will launch locally in the first half of 2027, marking the model’s first entry into the market with a plug-in hybrid powertrain. Prices start at $127,900 before on-road costs for the e-hybrid quattro 270 kW, which pairs a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with a 25.9 kWh battery delivering up to 87 km of electric range. The diesel-only TDI quattro 220 kW, equipped with a 3.0-litre V6 and mild-hybrid assistance, costs $137,900 plus on-road fees.

Standard features encompass 20- or 21-inch Audi Sport wheels, adaptive air suspension, all-wheel steering, Matrix LED headlights, a 14.5-inch OLED infotainment screen, and a comprehensive safety suite. Optional upgrades include a Premium package with advanced lighting and heated steering, and a customised seat package with Nappa leather. The model’s dimensions are slightly larger than its predecessor, and it offers adjustable ride height and rear-wheel steering for enhanced off-road capability.
