AUR challenges Mureșan's government plan, offers ten corrective proposals

After reviewing the 372 measures in Siegfried Mureșan’s draft governing agenda, AUR’s expert panels flagged a lack of complete costings, clear financing and concrete deadlines across most sectors. The party criticises the fiscal section for missing a precise tax-reduction timetable and for relying on vague budget savings from state-spending cuts. It also calls for a comprehensive re-industrialisation strategy, competitive energy pricing and stronger support for domestic SMEs.

In agriculture, AUR says the proposals do not form a genuine food-security plan and urges investment in irrigation, processing and market access. State-reform proposals are deemed vague without specific job cuts or annual savings targets. Defence spending is welcomed only if it translates into tangible domestic industry capability, while justice reforms should focus on faster, cheaper court processes. Finally, AUR proposes a single demographic strategy linking tax benefits to child numbers and setting clear 2030 goals.
