AUTODOC PRO shifts to fully digital returns, drops field collection service
AUTODOC PRO is replacing its manual collection-based returns with a digital platform and ending its on-site service outside France.
AUTODOC PRO announced a transition from a labour-intensive, collection-based returns model to a fully digital system, while ceasing its field service operations outside France. Director Patrick Diepenhorst highlighted a 40% increase in B2B revenue from Q1 2025 to Q1 2026 as evidence of strong market demand. The new workflow lets workshops initiate returns on the platform, with a dedicated parcel service completing the pickup and delivery.
All related tasks—including ordering, tracking, invoicing and warranty claims—are managed through a unified back-office dashboard. The shift frees staff to focus on competitive pricing, expanded inventory of about 7.8 million items, and enhanced logistics, while still offering account-manager support. AUTODOC PRO aims to roll out the digital returns capability across additional markets such as Austria, Italy and Luxembourg.
Why it matters
The change streamlines parts returns for workshops, cutting costs and improving cash flow in the European aftermarket.
