Bahrain Motor Federation finalises logistics for Bahrain Grand Prix at Sepang
The Bahrain Motor Federation has detailed its organisational and logistical plans for the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, which will take place at Sepang International Circuit from Oct 2-4.
In Kuala Lumpur, the Bahrain Motor Federation outlined its preparation strategy for the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix scheduled for Oct 2-4 at Sepang International Circuit. General manager Abdulaziz Al Thawadi chaired the meeting, which was attended by race coordinator Mohammed Al Jowder and other delegation members. Participants reviewed the organisational schedule, technical requirements and logistical details such as airport reception, transport, and hotel bookings for Bahrain teams arriving next week.
The federation highlighted the need for continuous coordination with Bahrain International Circuit to raise readiness and showcase Bahrain's capability in hosting major sporting events. These efforts aim to deliver a high-standard Formula 1 race that attracts strong public and media interest. The planning sessions are part of a series of meetings intended to finalise all arrangements before the Bahrain delegation reaches Malaysia.
