Banyan Group Residences presented its new Phuket luxury homes to prospective UK buyers at a London event, highlighting three exclusive properties.
Banyan Group Residences, the development division of the Asian hospitality brand, organized a London sales event to introduce its Phuket luxury portfolio to UK investors. Hosted in the Crystal Palace Suite of the London Hilton on Park Lane, the invitation-only showcase featured three distinct offerings: the six-unit Nerea yacht-inspired duplexes, the sixteen Oceanus beachfront residences with private pools, and eight Varuna four-bedroom townhouses with rooftop infinity pools.
Attendees could arrange private consultations and learn about the Sanctuary Club membership, which provides global resort privileges and a year of property management. The company also promoted its Banyan Living platform for owners wishing to rent their units. This initiative builds on a record first-half sales performance, reflecting growing demand for lifestyle-focused, tourism-linked properties in Phuket.
