Barstool host reveals video proof of golfer's staged hole-in-one at Missouri club

Barstool Sports personality Sam Bozoian aired footage from Zach Holland’s phone that shows the amateur golfer faking a hole-in-one during a members-only event at WingHaven Country Club.

Sam Bozoian, a Barstool Sports figure, disclosed a video taken on Zach Holland’s phone that documents the latter’s staged hole-in-one at WingHaven Country Club in O’Fallon, Missouri. In the clip, Holland walks up to the fourth-hole green, declares the ball is in the cup, and celebrates with his group, despite having placed the ball there beforehand. Holland, a former collegiate player and winner of the Barstool Classic putting competition in July 2021, had already left the club after security footage revealed the fraud.

Bozoian, who knows Holland from multiple clubs, also mentioned the golfer’s prior expulsions and accusations of sandbagging his handicap. Holland later admitted the ruse to club officials, saying his family endured online backlash. Acting PGA of America president Nathan Charnes confirmed the club addressed the incident and closed the case.
