Additional debts include $145 million to the Australian Taxation Office, $42 million in land tax and $130 million to other unsecured parties. Payroll was met on September 3, but cash is insufficient for ongoing wage payments, leaving about $4 million in employee wages and superannuation unpaid. Around 21 staff and subcontractors have been stood down, with a review slated for early next week.
