Dortmund responded through Fábio Silva in the second half, but Bayern restored a two-goal lead when Olise finished in stoppage time.
A straight red card for Ramy Bensebaini reduced Dortmund to ten players, allowing Bayern to hold on for the victory. The win extends Bayern's record while Dortmund remains on six titles.
