BC Partners Credit provides financing to LIV Golf restructuring, pending court approval

BC Partners Credit has agreed to provide financing to LIV Golf as the tour moves through its Chapter 11 restructuring. The funding, which must be sanctioned by a bankruptcy court, is intended to give the tour the financial footing to begin organizing a 2027 season that is planned to include ten tournaments. LIV Golf currently owes its players about $45 million, with the largest single debt owed to John Rahm. Players have a short window to decide whether to remain with the revived LIV Golf 2.0.
