Bluesky rolls out AI-driven Attie tool for user-built sites and games

Bluesky announced that its Attie platform now lets anyone create interactive websites, quizzes, games and other experiences using AI.

During a presentation at one outlet Disrupt 2026, Bluesky introduced an expanded version of its experimental Attie platform, enabling creators to build websites, quizzes, polls, games and other interactive content with AI assistance. The tool integrates with the AT Protocol, so creations are linked to the creator’s atproto identity and can be shared with Bluesky’s existing audience of 47 million registered users. Attie supports both user-provided and open-weight AI models, and the system will suggest project ideas based on public Bluesky profiles.

Bluesky’s CEO Toni Schneider highlighted the goal of "vibe coding" for groups, while COO Rose Wang noted the importance of built-in distribution. The launch is part of a broader strategy to revitalize activity on the decentralized social network, alongside upcoming private-data support slated for year-end rollout.

Why it matters

The upgrade lets everyday users create and share AI-powered digital experiences without needing developer skills.
