Boris Said proposes ultra-luxury motorsport complex with condos in Lake Elsinore
Former NASCAR driver Boris Said unveiled plans for a private, Nürburgring-style race track and high-end garage villas near Lake Elsinore, California.
NASCAR veteran Boris Said announced a proposal for the Elsinore Ring, a private motorsports venue modeled after Germany’s Nürburgring, to be built near Lake Elsinore, California. The 3.2-mile track will contain 22 turns and meet FIA Grade 2 specifications, with three configurable sections that could operate simultaneously. The development plans to offer 275 garage-condominium units, each providing 1,300 sq ft of temperature-controlled space for six to eight high-performance vehicles, alongside luxury villas with designer kitchens and private balconies overlooking the circuit.
A clubhouse will host a glass-floor swimming pool, spa, gym and a rooftop helipad for quick access. Design work is being performed by Tilke Engineers and Architects, and Said claims funding is already in place, aiming for a ribbon-cutting in 2030. Lake Elsinore’s economic development director Gina Gonzalez praised the project, hoping it will boost the city’s reputation and economy.
