Bourbon CEO Wes Henderson Fired After Family Lawsuit Claims Secret Sex Recordings

Wes Henderson was removed as CEO of TKC Distilling after relatives sued, alleging hidden cameras captured sexual activity at his home.

A lawsuit filed by family members accuses former TKC Distilling chief executive Wes Henderson of installing hidden cameras that recorded sexual activity at his Melbourne, Fla., home in June 2025. The complaint alleges 15 devices captured the family’s private moments, the CEO’s encounters with other women, and footage of other adults and a possible minor using a restroom. After the family removed the cameras and their SD cards, they informed Henderson’s wife, who purportedly permitted a search of their Oldham County, Kentucky residence, uncovering another 15 similar devices.

Henderson, a 60-year-old Bourbon Hall of Fame member, denies the allegations and his attorney says the suit will be dismissed or vigorously contested. Following his termination, TKC Distilling installed his son, the former COO, as CEO and placed Henderson on unpaid leave from his deputy coroner position. The company said it will conduct a thorough investigation. No criminal charges have been filed.
