Brahma AI secures $150 million funding, valued at $2 billion

Brahma AI raised $150 million in preferred shares, led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management, giving the company a $2 billion valuation.

Brahma AI, which provides an AI-driven operating system for large-scale audiovisual content, completed a preferred-share financing of $150 million, anchored by a $100 million investment from Multiples Alternate Asset Management. Additional commitments from strategic investors across Europe, West Asia and the United States could push the final amount to about $200 million. The firm, founded in 2024 by Prabhu Narasimhan, cited its $2 billion valuation as a measure of its current scale, technology depth and market opportunity.

Revenue is projected to exceed $130 million this year, driven by 24 enterprise customers that account for roughly 80 percent of sales. Brahma AI plans to use the capital for R&D, global expansion and talent acquisition, aiming to launch interactive digital humans and broaden its multilingual visual capabilities. Multiples’ Renuka Ramnath highlighted the belief that every business is becoming a content enterprise and pledged active partnership in the next growth phase.

Why it matters
