Børge Brende stripped of another international advisory position amid Epstein scrutiny

Børge Brende, a former Norwegian foreign minister and ex-head of the World Economic Forum, has been taken off the advisory board of the Hoffmann Centre for Global Sustainability at the Geneva Graduate Institute, making him the sole name removed from that panel. His recent exclusions also include the Bilderberg Steering Committee, the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development, and Harvard’s International Negotiation Program, as reported earlier this year.

Additionally, his name has disappeared from the Strategic Committee of the Paris School of International Affairs at Sciences Po, though the institution has not confirmed the change. Brende will attend the Norwegian parliament’s control and constitutional committee hearing on the Epstein matter, where other former foreign ministers are also slated to testify. He has consistently denied any personal contact with the late Jeffrey Epstein, despite documents showing extensive interactions. No criminal charges have been filed against him.
