The Civil Guard reported that the driver appears to have taken an improper turn, prompting a manslaughter investigation and a pending court summons for questioning.
Brash passed both drug and alcohol tests, and under Spanish law charges are typically filed only shortly before trial. No formal accusation has been made at this stage.
