British urban horror thriller 'Skag & Bone' is set to star Woody Norman, Malachi Kirby, Tuppence Middleton, Conrad Khan and Kola Bokinni. The story follows 16-year-old Younger, who must protect his mother on the troubled Stonemore Estate as gang violence and a mysterious supernatural entity converge. Directed by Conor Boru, co-writer of the screenplay with Ed Hartland, the film follows Boru's previous horror-comedy debut.
Production is led by Featuristic Films, with Julien Loeffler and James Kermack producing, and UTA Independent Film Group packaging the project and securing North American rights. The ensemble cast brings together award-winning talent from recent TV and film successes, aiming to deliver a culturally specific yet internationally appealing genre blend.
