Broncos CEO Greg Penner says Personal Seat Licenses are not under consideration

During a media session, Broncos owner and CEO Greg Penner stated that Personal Seat Licenses are "the furthest thing from our minds right now," indicating the concept is not part of the immediate agenda. Earlier, team president Damani Leech had suggested PSLs are likely for modern stadiums but said no formal decision had been reached. Penner highlighted that the organization is still addressing many foundational tasks, such as property acquisition, architectural planning, and coordination with the CBA process, Denver Water, and city officials.

He underscored the value of current season-ticket holders and pledged ongoing communication as the project advances. The franchise aims to open a new stadium by the 2031 season, acknowledging an aggressive timeline and the need for extensive collaboration. Overall, the Broncos are making incremental progress but face several hurdles before finalizing any PSL program.
