Bucharest City Hall completes 500-page assessment of Rahova block after explosion
The City Hall of Bucharest finished a detailed evaluation of the Rahova apartment block damaged by an explosion, delivering a 500-page report to the site manager.
Specialist teams inspected the affected building and the five adjacent staircases, checking all 270 apartments for cracks or deformations. They recorded findings with photographs and a device called a “deformetru.” The comprehensive report was handed over to the construction foreman, and municipal officials said safety measures will now be organized.
