Budweiser unveils limited-edition beer aged with MLB-approved baseball bats

Budweiser has introduced a special-release brew called Beechwood Reserve, flavored with chips from official Marucci baseball bats, to mark the Field of Dreams game in Iowa.

In celebration of the Field of Dreams exhibition game held in Dyersville, Iowa, Budweiser launched a limited-edition beer named Beechwood Reserve. The brew is uniquely aged with chips sourced from official MLB-approved Marucci baseball bats, linking the beverage to baseball’s heritage. The product was first offered to fans attending the game between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Minnesota Twins, then slated for distribution in a handful of stores in Iowa, Minnesota and Pennsylvania.

This release adds to a long-standing collaboration between Budweiser and Major League Baseball that began in 1980 and has featured various fan events and team-specific packaging. Past partnerships have involved players such as Ken Griffey Jr., Randy Johnson and Mike Piazza. The Beechwood Reserve represents the latest creative marketing tie-in between a major beer brand and America’s pastime.
