Burgau to have new residential development just five minutes from the beach

The project was developed and constructed by Konstrukaza, with architectural design carried out by José Nobre and the exclusive sales managed by Portugal Sotheby’s International Realty through its Carvoeiro office. Construction is set to start in March 2025 and is expected to be completed by June 2027; the homes will have private floor areas varying between 138 m² and 157 m² and will have prices beginning at €665,000. The development, which is only a five-minute walk from Burgau Beach, was designed on a small scale so as to blend in perfectly with the local terrain.

Its layout makes use of a stepped arrangement in order to enhance privacy and take full advantage of sunlight, and it includes communal facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, some green spaces, and a viewing deck. The houses are built over three floors, with a private terrace, and include a private garage, a main suite, an extra bedroom, and open-plan living areas that open to the outside.
