Bus-car collision on DN 22 injures five, leaves one unconscious
A minibuss and a car crashed on DN 22 between Năvodari and Lumina on Monday morning, injuring five people, one of whom was unconscious.
Around 07:00 on Monday, a minibuss collided with a passenger car on DN 22 between Năvodari and Lumina in Constanța County. Ten people were inside the vehicles, and five suffered injuries; one of the injured was found unconscious at the scene. Responders included a fire-fighting vehicle, two SMURD medical teams and three county ambulance crews, which treated the victims and transported the unconscious passenger to a hospital.
The crash forced a full blockage of traffic in both directions, prompting police to manage flow and guide motorists onto detour routes. The Constanța County Police Inspectorate confirmed that officers remain on site to ascertain the exact circumstances of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
