Business documents obtained show that Katseye LLC’s ownership includes each of the six vocalists or their representatives, meaning Manon Bannerman remains a legal member of the girl group. Bannerman stepped away in February to focus on health and wellbeing, prompting HYBE and Geffen Records to issue a supportive statement via Weverse, emphasizing the band’s commitment to its members and fans. Although she later deleted Katseye from her Instagram biography while the group rolled out the single “Pinky Up,” she has only posted brief updates thanking supporters and confirming she is well.
The band continued to perform as a five-member act, releasing its third EP “Wild” and appearing at events such as the Grammy Awards. Recent lineup changes also include leader Sophia Laforteza’s hiatus and Megan Skiendiel’s ankle injury, which led to the cancellation of a European tour leg. No comment was received from Katseye’s representatives regarding Bannerman’s future with the group.
