Busy Philipps reports clean six-month MRI but discovers sinus infection
Actress Busy Philipps announced that her six-month post-surgery MRI shows no tumor growth, though it revealed a sinus infection.
Busy Philipps shared an update on Instagram, revealing that a follow-up MRI performed six months after her brain tumor removal showed no evidence of tumor growth. The imaging instead highlighted a sinus infection, which she linked to a week-long redness in her left eye. She intends to consult a sinus doctor and may begin an anti-inflammatory cleanse.
Philipps expressed gratitude to her daughters Birdie and Cricket, ex-husband Marc Silverstein, close friend Michelle Williams, and the cast of the upcoming one outlet drama "Cupertino" for their encouragement. She also noted that she had previously dealt with a post-surgical incision infection and sinus issues dating back to 2018. The actress emphasized that she feels fully recovered and is ready to resume filming.
