BYD driver charged after Jalan Kuching crash that killed a 5-year-old girl
A 24-year-old driver of a BYD Seal was arrested and will face three charges after a six-vehicle collision on Jalan Kuching that killed a five-year-old child.
The crash occurred last Saturday and involved six vehicles, resulting in the death of a five-year-old girl. The driver, aged 24, was taken into custody at Hospital Damansara around 11:30 am and later moved to the Dang Wangi district police lock-up. He is scheduled to appear before a magistrate’s court tomorrow on three separate charges. Kuala Lumpur Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zamzuri Mohd Isa provided the details.
