Cadillac F1 team replaces Graeme Lowdon with veteran Marcin Budkowski

Amid a challenging debut season that has left Cadillac at the bottom of the constructors' standings, the team announced a mid-season management overhaul. Graeme Lowdon will leave his role as team boss, though the statement did not specify the reasons or who initiated the move.
