Callina Liang bulked her thighs 2.5 inches for Chun-Li role with extreme diet and training
Actress Callina Liang increased each thigh by about 2.5 inches through a rigorous workout and high-protein diet while preparing for the upcoming Street Fighter film.
Callina Liang, the Canadian actress cast as Chun-Li in the new Street Fighter movie, undertook an intensive physical transformation to match the iconic fighter’s famed legs. Her routine featured two hours of martial-arts training each day, focusing on taekwondo, Muay Thai and wushu, and she rehearsed alongside Noah Centineo and Andrew Koji six days a week for six weeks. Nutritionally, Liang bulked up by consuming twelve eggs daily and eating every two hours, a regimen she described as almost nauseating.
The effort paid off, with her thighs growing six-and-a-half centimeters each, roughly 2.5 inches. She also immersed herself in the game series, recording every move on a PS5 to replicate Chun-Li’s fighting style accurately. The film, produced by Paramount Pictures, is slated for release on October 16.
