Carole Radziwill, set to rejoin The Real Housewives of New York City as a full-time Housewife for season 16, addressed the revelation that her name appears in the Jeffrey Epstein files. In a video released by Vulture during an Andy Cohen-hosted Q&A, she said that numerous people have found their names in the documents and that she believes transparency is essential. Radziwill recalled a long-ago friendship with Ghislaine Maxwell, who had photographed her for the 2007 memoir "What Remains," and emphasized that she had no knowledge of any illicit activity at the time.

She described the topic as difficult but necessary, noting the bravery of victims and survivors who have spoken out against powerful figures. While expressing nervousness, Radziwill said the conversation offers a chance to discuss the broader implications without being a “downer.” The season premieres on September 8 at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
