Chemical tank leak prompts shelter-in-place order in La Habra area

Emergency crews responded to a gradual release of an unknown substance from a storage tank near La Habra. The leak was quickly brought under control, though the material and cause remain unidentified. Three on-scene workers refused hospital transport. Local officials asked nearby residents to shelter in place as an orange haze was seen in the sky.
