According to a preliminary police report, six gunmen in two vehicles fired over 50 shots at the white 2019 Tesla he was driving. Authorities have not identified any suspects or clarified a motive, and the investigation remains ongoing.
The incident occurred shortly after Cooper shared an Instagram story praising EST Gee’s latest album and track. Tributes have poured in from figures in the rap community, including DJ Vlad and DJ Akademiks. Police have yet to confirm the victim’s identity publicly, though reports identify him as Cooper.
