Chiefs linebacker Nick Bolton outlines progress and goals at training camp

During a Monday practice at Missouri Western State University, Chiefs linebacker Nick Bolton discussed the team’s development in this year’s training camp. He emphasized progress in mental focus, conditioning, and the execution of complex drills, noting that the group is coming together well. Reflecting on his 2025 season, where he recorded 154 tackles, a sack and an interception, Bolton said the extra offseason allowed him to improve his physique and concentrate on communication.

He stressed the importance of uniform signals and shared language to avoid confusion on the field. Bolton also said he is working on his positional responsibilities to aid his teammates. Although selected as an alternate for the 2026 Pro Bowl, he continues to pursue his first official nod.
