China-ASEAN AI Forum Launches New Collaboration Projects in Nanning
The 14th China-ASEAN Technology Transfer and Collaborative Innovation Forum opened in Nanning, showcasing AI cooperation initiatives and unveiling new partnership mechanisms.
On September 16, the 14th Forum on China-ASEAN Technology Transfer and Collaborative Innovation began in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, focusing on artificial-intelligence applications. The three-part program combined keynote speeches, sector-specific seminars and on-site demonstrations. Key outcomes included the release of achievements by the China-ASEAN Innovation Cooperation Center for Artificial Intelligence and the launch of 14 AI solution scenarios that illustrate Guangxi’s “R&D in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou + integration in Guangxi + application in ASEAN” approach.
The ceremony also recognized winners of the 4th China-ASEAN Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Additional activities such as the 8th ASEAN Plus Three Young Scientists Forum, a China-ASEAN AI cooperation forum, and a technology matchmaking session are scheduled, alongside an exhibition at the 23rd China-ASEAN Expo.
