CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke faces FIR for unauthorized school visit and teacher threats
Police in Latur district filed a case against Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke after a teacher complained he entered a government school without permission and threatened staff.
Latur district police registered a First one outlet's Report after a 53-year-old teacher, Sayyed Shamshadbano Khairatali, reported that Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party, entered a Zilla Parishad Urdu school in Jawali without authorization. Dipke, conducting the party's "School Thik Karo" outreach, is said to have sat among pupils, questioned them and halted regular lessons. The teacher alleges Dipke filmed the visit, shared the video on social media, and threatened to have the teachers dismissed.
The incident prompted charges under Sections 132, 329(3), 351(2) and 356(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Police are investigating the alleged disruption and intimidation at the government school.
