Coroner questions Mark Goodyear's honesty as Fox Hollow case remains unsolved

Nearly thirty years after thousands of human bones were found on Herb Baumeister's Fox Hollow Farm estate, Hamilton County Coroner Jeff Jellison remains skeptical of key witness Mark Goodyear's statements. In a recent documentary, Jellison recounted that Goodyear failed basic truth-checking questions and may be withholding crucial details about the victims and the method of their disposal. While Goodyear, who survived an encounter with Baumeister, denies any involvement, the coroner suspects an accomplice helped Baumeister commit the murders.

Jellison highlighted that over 9,000 bone fragments are still unexamined and that identifying the victims is complicated by the lack of missing-person reports. He urged anyone with possible connections to the case to contact his office, noting that families may still be unaware of loved ones buried at Fox Hollow.
