A crane accident on the New South Wales-Victoria border left three men injured when glass panels fell onto them at a publicly funded project in Albury. Images of the scene indicate that ratchet straps were employed to secure the glass during the lift. SafeWork NSW has opened an investigation into the incident. One of the injured, a man in his 20s, remains in critical condition at a hospital.
