Czech President Appears in Orlen Promo Video After Moroccan Rally Visit

President Petr Pavel was featured in a promotional video released by the petrochemical firm Orlen, using footage from his private trip to Morocco where he met rally driver Martin Prokop.

President Petr Pavel spent part of his private holiday in Morocco, attending the Rallye du Maroc and meeting the Jipocar Team led by driver Martin Prokop. Orlen, a sponsor of Prokop’s team, later used the footage of Pavel’s visit in a promotional video shared on its Instagram account. The clip depicts the president interacting with team personnel and taking part in photo sessions.

Media inquiries have focused on the cost of Pavel’s private Gulfstream G500 flights, which were reportedly chartered by a group of friends and funded by the billionaire founder of Creditas. The presidential office denied any use of state resources for the trip, and the security service has not commented on the guard expenses. The episode raises further scrutiny over the transparency of the president’s private travel arrangements.
