Dan Gore Nears Luton Town Loan as United's Young Left-backs Await Decisions

Manchester United's 21-year-old midfielder Dan Gore, after a full season of 34 appearances at Rotherham, is reportedly on the brink of a loan deal with League One club Luton Town, a decision swayed by the prospect of training alongside Jack Wilshere, who plays a similar role. Gore was included in Michael Carrick's pre-season roster, but the intention from the start was for him to spend the season elsewhere. Meanwhile, United have not finalized the immediate plans for 19-year-old left-back Harry Amass, who served as backup to Luke Shaw in pre-season but missed the opening Premier League fixture and featured in a Premier League 2 win over Ipswich.

The club is also undecided about Diego Leon, another 19-year-old left-back who earned a full Paraguay cap last season but did not break into the first team, and who is reportedly seeking a loan move. No agreements have been reached for either Amass or Leon at this stage.
