Danish court acquits Mohamed Abdirahman Kahn of alleged Facebook incitement

The Hillerød Court cleared debate commentator Mohamed Abdirahman Kahn of charges that a 2025 Facebook comment encouraged a crime, and ordered the state to cover legal costs.

Mohamed Abdirahman Kahn was found not guilty by the Hillerød Court after prosecutors alleged his July 2025 Facebook reply to a B.T. article urged violent action. Kahn maintained the post was misinterpreted, and the court concluded it did not breach Danish law. Consequently, the Danish state must pay the case expenses.
