Darren Till assaults rival outside Liverpool pub ahead of BKFC bout

Ahead of his next Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship appearance, former UFC contender Darren Till became the focus of a street scuffle in his hometown of Liverpool. Video shows Till approaching 6-foot-5 Lee Browne outside the Blarney Stone Irish Pub on Renshaw Street, loudly challenging him and then unleashing a rapid series of punches that sent Browne to the pavement. The clash appears to stem from weeks of online trash-talk, with Till referencing the feud during the confrontation.

Till recently earned a knockout victory over Bellator and BAMMA veteran Aaron Chalmers and is slated to face former UFC title challenger Yoel Romero. The incident adds to Till’s history of off-stage violence, including a 2012 nightclub stabbing that nearly proved fatal.
