David Beckham's DRJB Holdings to issue regular and special dividends this week
DRJB Holdings, the company owned by Sir David Beckham, will distribute both ordinary and extraordinary dividends to shareholders, with Beckham receiving a large share.
Sir David Beckham’s investment vehicle, DRJB Holdings, is scheduled to distribute ordinary dividends to its investors this week, alongside an extraordinary dividend tied to the football World Cup. Beckham, who owns 45% of the company, will receive a significant portion of the payouts. The other 55% of the firm was acquired by Authentic Brands Group in 2022 for around 200 million pounds.
Beckham’s brand deals with major companies such as Bank of America, McDonalds, Verizon, PepsiCo, Lay’s, Home Depot, Hugo Boss, and Adidas have boosted the company’s earnings. The firm’s revenue rose sharply in 2025, and its pre-tax profit increased by nearly half. Corey Salter of Authentic Brands Group highlighted Beckham’s status as a powerful global brand across sport, lifestyle and entertainment.
Why it matters
The dividend payouts illustrate Beckham’s successful transition from athlete to influential global brand investor.
